Avocado Sauerkraut Toast

Avocado toast isn't revolutionary but adding Sauerkraut on top of it is life-changing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Large Avocado (or 1 small one)
  • 2 Slices Sourdough Bread (or any bread of choice)
  • 2-4 Tbsp Sauerkraut*
  • Black Pepper To Taste

Method
 

  1. Evenly scoop out your avocado onto each slice or bread and mash
  2. Sprinkle as little or as much sauerkraut as you like
  3. Add black pepper to taste

Notes

*If you are new to sauerkraut start off with a small amount until you become used to the flavour.
